January Special: Cocido Madrileno


Cocido Madrileno, the famous winter warmer stew native to Madrid, can be found throughout the cities taverns and bars.  Humble chickpeas are elevated with roasted marrow bones, house made chorizo and morcilla.  We serve this dish the traditional way - as a first course of broth with fideo noodles and a second course of chickpeas with the braised meats and vegetables.  This dish is the perfect Spanish comfort food on a cold winter night. As those January chills creep in through the sweaters and hats, warm yourself up; paired with a nice bottle of red and you have yourself the perfect evening.
